In May 2017 Bearsted Woodland Trust introduced a revised policy to protect visitors from unwanted attention from other people's dogs. New signs were placed politely requesting dog owners to use leads around the site if they are likely to approach other visitors.
Sadly three of the new signs have been stolen. We have notified the Police and Community Warden about the thefts.
