Our Data Privacy Statement: 

Bearsted Woodland Trust takes the privacy and security of your personal data seriously.

We hold your details so we can tell you about our activities, deliver your newsletter,
and enable you to renew your subscription. The information we hold is your name,
address, email, postcode and telephone number. We will hold this data securely, and
solely for the purposes of administering your Bearsted Woodland Trust membership
and updating you on our activities. We will not pass this data on to third parties.

We will only keep your data for as long as we feel necessary. If you want BWT to
remove your data, or change your mind about preferences, you should contact

If you are already a Member of the Friends of Bearsted Woodland Trust, the easiest way to send us the consent we need is by completing this form

Memberships are usually per household. Please give first name and surname of the household member who is confirming permission.
If you choose "No" we cannot contact you, and will remove your data from our records.
Please indicate all the ways we may contact you.
